PROTO-CONCEPTS OF EMIGRATION IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF ANCIENT GREECE

The article deals with some philosophical approaches to the comprehension of the phenomenon of emigration in the culture of Ancient Greece. It is alleged that the ancient attitude to freedom of movement and emigration is not unanimous and changes because of rejection, understanding of emigration as a moral error in shifting the responsibility for the occurrence of a desire to leave the country on the state. It is emphasized that the philosophy of Ancient Greece is the basis of the author’s development of social and philosophical concept of emigration.
