Abstract

Summary. The purpose of the article is to conceptually identify the process of interaction between human and technics in the technospace; to represent a concept of «technique». Methodological principles of the study are philosophical reflection, hermeneutic method, historical and philosophical analysis of primary sources, comparative analysis, systematization. Scientific novelty confirms the actualization of the philosophy of technology, which finds its new form in the philosophy of the contemporary French philosopher Bernard Stiegler. The main features of the concept of technics, neganthropocene and neganthropology in the concept of Bernard Stiegler are described. The work of the Institute of Research and Innovation of the Georges Pompidou Centre (IRI) in Paris is studied and the ideas of the digital humanities as part of modern digital research are presented. Conclusions. Technological progress has a transformative effect and significantly affects the formation of new conditions for human existence, thus creating a new space – the technosphere. Technical objects are closely integrated into the life of human and form an independent system of relations, which gives man the property of subjectivity. This thesis became necessary for understanding the philosophy of technology of Bernard Stiegler, who, after Simondon, recognizes technical objects as inorganically organized beings, which have their own dynamics, which are not limited to physics and biology. Stiegler continues to work on questions about technics and proposes a new method of understanding the world in the technological era. He puts forward a new philosophical project – negantropology as a challenge of modernity, and postulates his main thesis: neganthropology should contribute to the emergence of neganthropocene. To do this, the philosopher introduces the concepts of entropy and nonentropy and experiences that while entropy means the gradual decomposition of the Universe, considered as a closed system, non-entropy is a property of a system that struggles with entropy. The Neganthropocene, thus, acts as a reassessment of values, serves as a way out of the entropy disorder of the Anthropocene through a new level of attention and responsibility.
