IMPLEMENTATION OF CHINESE MARXISM IN INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION PRACTICES OF THE "ONE BELT, ONE ROAD" INITIATIVE

Abstract

Summary. The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the prognostic model of the implementation of Chinese Marxism in intercultural communication of the One Belt, One Road initiative. Research methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study was the structuralfunctional and comparative approaches, as well as analyticaldescriptive, historical, comparative-typological, comparativecomparative methods, the method of rational reconstruction and methods of socio-cultural and problem-categorical analysis. Scientific novelty. In this research, a new contribution has been made to the illumination of a holistic systematic knowledge of the philosophical and political science foundations of a prognostic scientifically based model of implementation of Chineseized Marxism in intercultural communication of the Chinese initiative «One Belt, One Road». As a result of the study, it was established that the Chinese initiative «One Belt, One Road» became the largest project of the 21st century, the «New Silk Road», which became a sea and land corridor between the countries. China is a country in which the dominant ideology is Marxism. However, this is a special Marxism, the history of which has been adapting to Chinese realities for almost a century, combining the main principles of Marxism with the specifics and traditions of China. The historical process of the Chineseization of Marxism became a rather long process of promoting Marxist theories, based on extensive practice and immersion in Chinese society. Conclusions. It can be stated that the historical process of the Chineseization of Marxism and the «One Belt, One Road» initiative proposed by Xi Jinping are both theoretically and practically based on Marxism, in its Chinese interpretation, namely «Chineseized Marxism». Following Marxist theory, which should provide the theoretical background for the joint construction of the Belt and Road initiative, China continues to follow the chosen course and creatively develop Marxism, which corresponds to the chosen path of reform and opening up and the further construction of «socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era».
