PECULIARITIES OF SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Summary. The purpose of the article is to determine the specifics of the socio-philosophical consideration of the concept of sustainable development. Research methods. The methodology is based on socioanthropological methods, social constructivism, and synergetics. The research is based on the principles of social determination of man as a generic being and the determination of the process of social construction by the axiosphere of society. Methods of comparative analysis of ideas and concepts are used, as well as general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis in the process of isolating the socio-philosophical component of the problem field of research on the concept of sustainable development. Scientific novelty. A socio-philosophical understanding of the essence of sustainable development provides a rationale for the process of its implementation in the form of a new social organization through radical changes in the value system and affirmation of spirituality. Sustainable development appears as a radical transformation of social relations based on the formation of a new system of values. Within the framework of the concept of sustainable human development, the role of man as the subject of social transformations and its main beneficiary is confirmed, which provides adequate methodological and worldview principles for defining the essence, goals, and features of sustainable development as a whole as a system-creating factor of any post-industrial social development. Within the limits of philosophical knowledge, the society of sustainable development has the appearance of a scientifically based paradigm of the future, it is this knowledge that provides this paradigm with the role of the basis of formation on the new value foundations of civilization. The future concerns not only time, but also primarily the valuecontent dimension of social development, which is the basis of new forms of social organization. Conclusions. In the center of sociophilosophical analysis are the social mechanisms of ensuring co-evolution as a proportionate and harmonious development of man and nature, as well as social mechanisms of combining resourcesaving economic development and meeting the ever-growing needs of humanity. The basis of sustainable development is the development of the socio-cultural sphere, the evolution of values in the direction of the formation of spiritually mature people and society, it is about the transition from the "consumer society" to the era of "noosphere civilization".
