DIALECTICS: THE PRINCIPLE OF THE UNIVERSAL RELATION

Abstract

Summary. The purpose of the work. The article outlines such a dimension of theoretical dialectic that relates to the content of one of its leading principles: the principle of universal relation. It is necessary to qualitatively update the concept of “universal relation”, depriving it of layers of “diamat” interpretation. Methodology. The means of achieving this goal are the activation of the dialectical concept of “universal” and the involvement of the concept of “unity”, through which it is possible to adequately reveal the dialectical principle of universal communication. The latter strongly opposes the nominalist interpretation of the thing in which individuality (single) is in one way or another isolated from the necessary connections in the composition of certain entities. The article includes interesting and informative arguments by Nicholas of Cusa and Vladimir Solovyov. Scientific novelty. Adequate understanding of unity as such makes it possible to understand how each "something" is interconnected in the entity, thereby focusing the thinking on embracing such connections, on seeing and seeing one’s presence in everything else. The latter implies a theoretically adequate understanding of the category of “ideal”, since one is present in the other, in the end, everything is present in each one in an ideal way, not material. Thus, the article is able to bring the attention of the academic philosophical community to the traditions of high dialectics, which is a universal way of thinking about the realities of human being. Conclusion. The discovery of the principle of universal relation through the concept of “unity” is able to substantially overcome the “diamat’s” positivist inheritance and to orient theoretical thinking to the immersion in the true context of what high dialectics deals with.
