Abstract

Summary. The article explores the essence, the basic understanding of the notion of the “emotional language” and its place in the modern information space. Taking into consideration the significance of emotions for a person in the actual activity needs analyzing emotions and their impact on the effectiveness of human communication. Here it regards the approaches to understanding the notion of the «emotional language» and assessing the appropriateness of its application in frames of academic and scientific, social and political genres of communication. The purpose. To identify the specificity, acceptability and effectiveness of the usage of the “emotional language” in communicative practice. Methods. The results of the research are obtained due the usage of the following methods: the method of historiographical analysis of the systematization of primary sources and scientific literature, which are devoted to the concept of the «emotional language», as well as methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, the notion analysis and synthesis. Scientific novelty. The author provides the consideration of the “emotional language” as a style of communication, aiming at the passing of the emotionally marked judgments on the certain fragment of reality. The effectiveness of the “emotional language” while persuasion is explained by the significance of the influence of the emotional level on the brain evolution on human consciousness. Conclusions. The “emotional language” is a necessary element for the complete fulfillment of a life of the person, thus the history of its usage during centuries. The structure of emotional language consists both of verbal and nonverbal facilities. The usage of the «emotional language» contributes to increasing the efficiency of the persuasion process, which causes their active usage in frames of the communicative practice. Some emotions are difficult out of any to be expressed by the “natural language”. The “emotional language” is just the means in the hands of the person and we are responsible only for what purposes it will be used. The “emotional language” is actively used as the means of manipulating.
